1. Introduction
This California Privacy Notice ("Notice") supplements the information contained in the Privacy Policy of EZ Finance Marketing LLC (DBA EZ Finance Marketing), doing business as EZ Finance Marketing ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California ("consumers" or "you"). This Notice is adopted to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA"), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 ("CPRA"), and any terms defined in the CCPA/CPRA have the same meaning when used in this Notice.
2. Information We Collect
We have collected the following categories of personal information from consumers within the last twelve (12) months. The table below identifies each category, whether we collect it, and examples of the types of personal information included:

3. Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) Note
Certain personal information we collect may be subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ("GLBA") and its implementing regulations. To the extent that personal information is subject to the GLBA, that information is exempt from the CCPA. We handle all financial information in accordance with applicable federal and state financial privacy laws, including the GLBA. 4. Sources of Personal Information
We obtain the categories of personal information listed above from the following categories of sources:
- Directly from you. For example, from forms you complete on our website, information you provide when you apply for financial products or services, or correspondence you send to us.
- Indirectly from you. For example, from observing your actions on our website, including browsing behavior, pages visited, and interactions with our content.
- From third parties. For example, from our business partners, financial service providers, data analytics providers, advertising networks, and data brokers.
- From publicly available sources. For example, from public records and government databases.
5. Disclosure of Personal Information for a Business Purpose
We may disclose your personal information to a third party for a business purpose. When we disclose personal information for a business purpose, we enter into a contract that describes the purpose and requires the recipient to both keep that personal information confidential and not use it for any purpose except performing the contract.
In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have disclosed the following categories of personal information for a business purpose:

- Category D: Commercial information
- Category F: Internet or other similar network activity
- Category G: Geolocation data
- Category K: Inferences drawn from other personal information
We disclose your personal information for a business purpose to the following categories of third parties:
- Service providers and contractors
- Financial product and service providers (including lenders)
- Data analytics providers
- Advertising and marketing partners
- Government entities or other third parties in response to legal process
6. Sale of Personal Information
Under the CCPA, a "sale" is broadly defined to include the disclosure of personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration. In the preceding twelve (12) months, we may have "sold" (as defined by the CCPA) the following categories of personal information:
- Category A: Identifiers
- Category B: California Customer Records personal information categories
- Category D: Commercial information
- Category F: Internet or other similar network activity
- Category K: Inferences drawn from other personal information
We do not knowingly sell the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. If you wish to opt out of the sale of your personal information, please visit our Do Not Sell My Personal Information page or contact us using the information provided below.
7. Your Right to Know / Access and Data Portability Rights
You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past twelve (12) months. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will disclose to you:
- The categories of personal information we collected about you.
- The categories of sources for the personal information we collected about you.
- Our business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling that personal information.
- The categories of third parties with whom we share that personal information.
- The specific pieces of personal information we collected about you (also called a data portability request).
- If we sold or disclosed your personal information for a business purpose, two separate lists identifying: (a) the categories of personal information that were sold and the categories of third parties to whom the information was sold; and (b) the categories of personal information that were disclosed for a business purpose.

8. Your Right to Request Deletion
You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.
We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service providers to:
- Complete the transaction for which we collected the personal information, provide a good or service that you requested, take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform our contract with you.
- Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activities.
- Debug products to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality.
- Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise their free speech rights, or exercise another right provided for by law.
- Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act (Cal. Penal Code § 1546 et seq.).
- Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws.
- Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with consumer expectations based on your relationship with us.
- Comply with a legal obligation.
- Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.

9. Your Right to Opt-Out of the Sale of Personal Information
You have the right to direct us to not sell your personal information at any time (the "right to opt-out"). To exercise the right to opt-out, you (or your authorized representative) may submit a request to us by visiting the following page:
Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Once you make an opt-out request, we will wait at least twelve (12) months before asking you to reauthorize personal information sales. We will only use personal information provided in an opt-out request to review and comply with the request.
10. Exercising Your Rights
To exercise the access, data portability, and deletion rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by either:

Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.
You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:
- Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.
- Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us.
We will verify your identity by matching identifying information you provide with personal information we already maintain about you. If you maintain an account with us, we will verify your identity through your existing account. If we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request additional information from you, which will only be used for verification purposes.
We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.
11. Response Timing and Format
We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to an additional 45 days, for a total of 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
Any disclosures we provide will cover only the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request's receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.
For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily usable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
We will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. If provided electronically, the information will be delivered in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format that allows you to transmit the information to another entity without hindrance.
12. Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:
- Deny you goods or services.
- Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.
- Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services.
- Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.
However, we may offer you certain financial incentives permitted by the CCPA that can result in different prices, rates, or quality levels. Any CCPA-permitted financial incentive we offer will reasonably relate to your personal information's value and contain written terms that describe the program's material aspects. Participation in a financial incentive program requires your prior opt-in consent, which you may revoke at any time.
13. Do Not Track Disclosures
"Do Not Track" ("DNT") is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. We do not currently respond to DNT signals or similar mechanisms transmitted by web browsers. For more information about Do Not Track, please visit allaboutdnt.com.
While we do not currently respond to DNT signals, we do provide consumers with the ability to manage their privacy choices as described in this Notice. Third parties that have content embedded on our Site (such as analytics providers or advertising networks) may set cookies on your browser and/or obtain information about the fact that a web browser visited a specific website from a certain IP address. Third parties cannot collect any other personally identifiable information from our Site unless you provide it to them directly.
14. California "Shine the Light" Law (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83)
Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine the Light" law, California residents who have an established business relationship with us may request information about whether we have disclosed personal information to any third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes. 15. Changes to This Notice
We reserve the right to amend this Notice at our discretion and at any time. When we make changes to this Notice, we will post the updated Notice on our website at https://www.ezfinancemarketing.com and update the Notice's effective date. Your continued use of our website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
